Sadly, this year the venue for the hugely popular SUNBURN FESTIVAL, India’s most significant electronic dance music (EDM) festival, has shifted to Mumbai, due to environmental concerns about Vagator in Goa. The same reason applies to VH1 SUPERSONIC, the music event also hosted annually in Goa. It will now take place in Pune this year.

Feast of Saint Francis Xavier
Celebrated on the 3rd of December the FEAST OF SAINT FRANCIS XAVIER is a mega event in Old Goa. Plunge into the hallowed rituals, which include special masses, prayers, and processions during this time in honour of Saint Francis Xavier. The fun part is the yummy food, drinks and music, which are an integral part of these annual festivities. The silver casket in which the remains of the saint are kept is on display every 10 years at the legendary Basilica of Bom Jesus. It was last on display in December 2024.
